Touchless Dispensing Technology
Fast Infrared Sensing
A hand entering the 5–8 cm sensing area triggers dispensing in approximately 0.2 seconds. On ODM projects, sensor settings can be adapted to installation height, basin layout, and the surrounding environment.
Controlled Soap Dosage
Standard units dispense approximately 0.2–1.2 ml per activation, with output varying by pump configuration and liquid viscosity. ODM versions can adjust dispensing time and control logic, with custom output from roughly 0.5–2.5 ml available for evaluation.

Anti-Drip Fluid Control
A pump shut-off valve, one-way valve, and narrowed outlet design work together to release residual pressure, reduce dripping, and lower the risk of crystallization or blockage. Regular flushing is recommended for concentrated liquids.
Long-Cycle Pump System
Pump architecture — diaphragm, peristaltic, or gear — is selected according to liquid type, viscosity, and expected daily usage. Driven by a miniature DC motor, the target cycle life reaches up to 300,000 cycles, reducing pump replacement in high-traffic projects.
Standard units are designed for typical commercial washroom conditions (IPX3, recommended operating temperature 5–40°C) and should not be exposed to continuous direct water jets. Cycle-life and IP claims vary by model — confirm against the relevant test report for your selected product.

Frequently Asked Questions
What liquids can TETCH soap dispensers handle?
TETCH dispensers support liquid, foam, and spray configurations using the corresponding pump head. Gel, 75% alcohol, and other special formulations require viscosity and material compatibility confirmation.
How long do the batteries last?
Units run on four C-cell alkaline batteries and can support up to approximately 150,000 dispensing cycles. Actual battery life depends on battery quality, dosage, frequency of use, and operating temperature.
Can the sensing distance and soap volume be adjusted?
Standard models are not field adjustable. For ODM versions, sensing distance, dispensing time, and dispensing logic can be preset through PCB parameters or firmware.
How does the dispenser prevent dripping and clogging?
A shut-off valve, one-way valve, and narrowed outlet help reduce residual pressure, dripping, and liquid buildup. Concentrated or high-salt formulations require regular flushing.
What is the MOQ and production lead time?
The typical MOQ is 100–1,000 units, with a standard production lead time of approximately 25–40 days. Final requirements depend on the product, order quantity, and customization.
Which certificates can be provided?
CE, CB, UL, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, and other documents must be confirmed according to the specific model and market. Factory management systems include ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
